Holiday Dates 2023

You're welcome to place orders any time of the day or night throughout the festive season.  However we will be expecting some delivery delays to our usual 2-3 working day turnaround - please see the dates below and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.  We highly recommend stocking up in the first half of December if at all possible, but don't panic if you miss that option, we'll still do our utmost to get you what you need!

Our Suppliers Close

15 December 2023 to 8 January 2024 

Our main raw pet food and treats suppliers will be closed for different periods in this time frame, so our stock will be limited.  We will hold as much stock as we can and will continue to fulfill orders as far as possible.  We are always happy to recommend alternatives if your favourite products are temporarily unavailable.

We Are Taking a Break!

27 and 29 December 2023 

Our team will take a short break, so orders placed on the Christmas weekend will be dispatched on the 28th for delivery on the 29th (stock permitting), and orders over the New Year's weekend will be dispatched during the course of the first week of January 2024 (also stock permitting).  There will be a delay in responses to enquiries in the last week of December.  We apologise for any inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding.  Feel free to send any enquiries or orders through and we'll get back to you as soon as we are back in office.

Public Holidays

These always delay deliveries a bit as our courier partner can only deliver on working days.  If you have a recurring order that is due to repeat while we're on our break or on a public holiday, here is a handy guide to edit your order, or get in touch and we will help you reschedule it.
