Holiday Dates 2024

You're welcome to place orders any time of the day or night throughout the festive season.  However we will be expecting some delivery delays to our usual 2-3 working day turnaround - please see the dates below and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.  We highly recommend stocking up in the first half of December if at all possible, but don't panic if you miss that option, we'll still do our utmost to get you what you need!

Our Suppliers Close

20 December 2024 to 7 January 2025 

Our main raw pet food and treats suppliers will be closed for different periods in this time frame, so our stock will be limited.  We will hold as much stock as we can and will continue to fulfill orders as far as possible.  We are always happy to recommend alternatives if your favourite products are temporarily unavailable.

We are taking a break!

Our team will be taking a short holiday break over the festive season:

• Last Delivery Before Christmas: 📅 24th December (Order by 1 PM on the 23rd).
• Holiday Closure: Closed from 24th December to 6th January 2025.
• Christmas Week Deliveries: Orders during the long weekend will be delivered on 31st December, stock permitting.
• New Year’s Week Deliveries: Orders placed over New Year will be delivered in the second week of January as suppliers reopen.

Please note there may be delays in responding to inquiries during this time. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Feel free to send through any orders or inquiries, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.

Public Holidays

These always delay deliveries a bit as our courier partner can only deliver on working days.  If you have a recurring order that is due to repeat while we're on our break or on a public holiday, here is a handy guide to edit your order, or get in touch and we will help you reschedule it.
