How do Subscription Orders work?

If you need your food delivered regularly and don't want the hassle of having to re order every time, then a Subscription order is just the thing for you.

 

How do I set up a Subscription?

Choose all the products you want and, every time you add an item to your cart, choose the subscription option that suites you best.

 

We offer Subscriptions at intervals of every week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks. Please ensure that you choose the same order frequency every time you add an item to your cart to make sure every item in your order will all be billed on the same day every time.
Then, just check out as you normally would and your subscription will be automatically created.

 

What Happens Next?

Let's say you placed your first order on a Tuesday and chose an order interval of every two weeks... In two weeks time, on a Tuesday, your card will be billed and your order will automatically be placed again with us... We will deliver within 2-3 working days. No need to do anything on your side.

 

What if I want to add a few extra treats on to my order?

If you just want to add a few items on to your order, just send us a Whatsapp (0782890247) or email (shop@rawfedpets.co.za) after you get billed letting us know what you want added and we will send you an additional payment link for your extra goodies.

 

What if I want to Pause or Cancel my order?

Just reach out to us either Whatsapp (0782890247) or email (shop@rawfedpets.co.za) and we will assist you with either pausing or cancelling your order
