We loved your stories so much that we've decided to extend the campaign into the future, with a delicious twist... every person who submits a video will get a guaranteed R100 voucher as a thank you, just for submitting! 💚
Plus, if you're willing to also post your video as a Reel or a Story on Facebook or Instagram (or even better, both!) you will be entered into a special draw and stand to win an additional R500 voucher! We'll pick one of these extra special videos every few weeks / months, and once you've entered you will always be eligible to win.
📝 How to enter:
1. Make a simple video (no fancy editing necessary) of you and your pets telling us about your raw feeding journey and your experience with Raw Fed Pets (minimum 30 seconds).
2. Send your video to us in HD / high quality, via WhatsApp, DM, or WeTransfer.
3. Optional: to qualify for the special R500 draw, post the video on your Instagram or Facebook account (or both!) as a Reel or a Story, and make sure to tag @rawfedpetsstore, or make us collaborators.
4. Please make sure to read the important T's and C's at the end. We also have some filming tips and testimonial prompts below to get you started.
🎥 Filming Tips
1. Take note of your lighting. Natural light is best, but you can make artificial light work if you need to. We want to clearly see your and your pets' faces, so think bright and clear rather than moody and arty 😉
2. Framing: Roughly centre yourself and your pets (or slightly above centre if you prefer).
3. Sound quality: You don't necessarily need a microphone, but try avoid background noise (traffic, the washing machine, your partner clanging dishes in the kitchen, a TV on in the background, etc).
4. Wear what you feel comfortable in. Sit or stand where you feel comfortable. These hints and tips are just a few things to plan in advance if you have the time and inclination, but we don't want you worrying about technicalities while you're speaking!
💡 If you need inspiration, here are some prompts and ideas to get you going:
- Tell us what made you interested in raw feeding
- Did your pet have any health conditions that have improved?
- What's your favourite thing about feeding raw?
- How do your pets enjoy mealtimes?
- Have you noticed any changes in your pets since feeding raw?
- How did Raw Fed Pets play a role in your raw journey? Did we help you decide what to order, answer any questions, provide a great shopping experience, or anything else?
- Tell us how you have found our customer service (help with orders, delivery, questions, orders, etc?)
- Have we helped made feeding raw a bit easier or more convenient?
- Is there anything else you'd like us, or others interested in raw feeding, to know?
These are just ideas if you need somewhere to start, but feel free to tell your story in your own way! There's no pressure to answer all of these, or any at all if you're comfortable to just speak from the heart.

2. By submitting a video, you are giving us permission to download, edit and use your video in our marketing material. We will never misuse your personal information or upload anything to any AI tool. You are welcome to contact us if you'd like more detail, or to let us know of any specific concerns.
3. If you choose to post, please tag us or your entry won’t qualify for the special draw.
