We deliver all our products throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas (visit our shipping info page for the full list). Non-frozen products can be shipped anywhere in South Africa - please contact us if the postal code checker rejects your code so we can quote you on the cost.
Cape Town Deliveries
- R77 for orders under 5kgs
- R98 for orders between 5kgs and 20kgs
- thereafter an additional R20 for every extra 10kgs.
Bordering or Outlying Areas
If our postal code checker "rejects" your code then you're outside our immediate delivery area. If you see your area on this list we can still deliver to you but please email or call us directly to arrange. Costs are listed in our Shipping Policy.
How To Create a Recurring Order
Place a recurring order with us to get 5% off all your pet food, plus the convenience of never running out of food again! In a few simple steps you'll be set up:
Step 1: Create Your Order
Go to each product that you want to include in your order and select the quantity...
Below the quantity, you will see the option to either buy it as a one time purchase or to 'Get a Recurring Order every [week]'
Tick this option, and then use the drop-down to select your delivery interval of once a week, once every two weeks, or once every four weeks. If you would like a monthly repeat on a specific date instead, please email us to set it up for you.
Once you have decided on your delivery interval, just click add to cart.
Step 2: Complete Your Order
Once you have chosen all the items you want in your subscription you can head through to check out.
Note: You won't see your discount applied in your cart. It will take effect from your second order (i.e. the first time you "repeat" the order!) so you will see it the first time a repeat order invoice is sent to you.
Put in your details and complete the purchase as you would with any online order. We suggest creating an account to make it easier to keep track of and edit your Recurring Orders.
Complete payment and your first order will be on its way to you!
Step 3: Same Time Next Week?
The day before your next order is invoiced, you will receive an email reminder from us. At this point you are welcome to edit your order (add in some treats or poop bags this time!) or leave it as is if you're happy. The next day, you will receive an email from us with a payment link. All you need to do is click the link and approve the payment and we'll know you're ready for us to ship your repeat order to you.
We will never automatically debit your account. This means that if you don't confirm the order by paying for it through the email, we won't send it until we hear from you 😊
Complete Control
At any time you can log in to your account and go to your Recurring Order Dashboard to manage your order. Here you can edit, pause, cancel or reschedule your order. You can even add extra items or adjust quantities for your next order.
Note: once you receive your payment link for your an order, you won't be able to edit that order yourself. You can always contact us if there is something you really want to add to the order before we send it out. We will send you a reminder the day before your invoice is generated to give you time if there is anything about your order you want to change.
